Integrated Management System

One documented way of working.

Quality, safety, environment and delivery managed as a single system rather than four parallel ones — so a project has one set of procedures, one document trail and one place where a client, an auditor or a new site engineer can find how something is done.

In practice

What we actually do

One procedure set
Document control
Defined responsibilities
Records as a deliverable
Review and correction

Why integrate rather than separate

Run quality, safety and environmental management as three separate systems and they compete: the fastest way to hit a date conflicts with the safest sequence, which conflicts with the least wasteful one. Integrating them forces those trade-offs to be made deliberately, at planning stage, by people who can see all three.

Built for clients who get audited

Banks, healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies and government bodies do not only buy an interior — they buy the evidence that it was procured, built and commissioned properly. A single documented system is what allows that evidence to be produced on request rather than assembled in a panic.

On certification

We describe our management system in terms of what we actually do. Formal certification status is confirmed directly with clients on request rather than displayed as a badge here.

Build With Confidence

Come and inspect any of it — the factory floor is the most persuasive thing we have.
