Site Execution
Our own crews, in any Indian city.
Installation and all site trades carried by our own supervised teams — civil, partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery installation, services and finishes — sequenced into one programme from bare shell to handover.
The team that installs it is the team that drew and made it — so there is nobody left to point at.
What this covers
- Site setting-out and civil works
- Partitions, ceilings and flooring
- Joinery and furniture installation
- Electrical, lighting, HVAC and fire systems
- Painting and specialist finishes
- Snagging, cleaning and handover
The standard travels with the crew
We have delivered in more than twenty cities, from metros to hill stations to coastal resorts. Using our own supervised teams rather than local subcontractors is what keeps a project in Mahabaleshwar or Goa to the same standard as one in Mumbai.
Sequenced as one trade, not six
The expensive failures in fit-out happen at the boundaries — the ceiling grid against the ductwork, the joinery against the electrical first fix. When every trade reports into one programme and one site manager, those boundaries are somebody’s explicit responsibility.
Built around a working building
Occupied offices, trading hotels and live retail all impose access windows, noise limits and service-lift schedules. Because most of the making happened at Wada, site presence is shorter and quieter than a conventionally built fit-out.
