A schedule built from real production data
Most fit-out programmes are assembled from supplier promises. Ours are built from our own factory’s throughput — what the line can nest, cut, edge and finish in a given week, alongside whatever else it is carrying. That is why a date can be quoted and meant.
Reporting a client can actually use
Progress is reported against the programme in terms that matter to a facilities or projects team: what is complete, what is in the factory, what is at risk and what decision is needed from you this week to keep the date. No status colour without a cause behind it.
Variations handled before they become disputes
Changes are inevitable in fit-out. What is avoidable is discovering their cost and programme impact at the end. Variations are priced and their schedule effect stated when they arise, so the conversation happens while there is still time to choose.
